Ball lens:

Specification: 

 1. Diameter:  Φ1-Ф40mm;

 2. Diameter tolerance: ± 0.001 / 0.0025 / 0.005 / 0.01 (and zero error ball on the micron level);

 3.  Out of roundness:  ≤0.001 (and zero error sphere on the micron level);

 4. Smoothness:  60/40, 40/20, 20/10

 5. Materials: JGS1, BK7, H-K9L, sapphire and other optical glass.

 Half-balls lens: 

 1. Diameter Φ1-Ф40mm; 

 2. Center thickness tolerance: ± 0.05mm; outer diameter tolerance ± 0.05mm; 

 3. Materials: fused silica, BK7, H-K9L, sapphire and other optical glass 

 4.  Light transmittance ≥92%, high temperature resistance above 300 ℃; 

 5.  Surface Quality:  60/40

 6. There are polished rounded corners of R0.1-0-R0.2 on the edge of the lens to prevent lens damage during packaging.
